Overview
As we celebrate International Women’s Day, I find myself reflecting on my journey—not just as a woman, but as a lifelong learner, a professional, and a citizen dedicated to the development of our nation. My perspective today is shaped by years of experience, continuous study, and the countless lives I have had the privilege to touch through EduBusiness Academy (EBA).

Capability Has No Gender Throughout my life, I have held a firm belief: True capability is gender-neutral. Whether in leadership, strategic thinking, or professional innovation, the quality of one's contribution is defined by their spirit and skill, not by their gender label. In my own experience, being a woman has never diminished my dignity or the impact of my work. I have always lived and practiced with the mindset that being a woman is a source of strength, never a limitation. I believe that an individual’s professional character and personal integrity are what define their place in society. Redefining Strength through Collaboration One common argument often used to differentiate genders is physical strength. To this, my philosophy is simple: Strength is not a solo pursuit; it is a collective achievement. Even in tasks requiring physical power, when we collaborate and combine our efforts, the barrier disappears. Beyond that, in every intellectual and professional sphere, we stand on completely equal ground. Our Mission at EBA: Empowering the "Capable Human" At EBA, this philosophy is at the core of everything we do. We don't just see "women entrepreneurs" or "youth learners" or “others”; we see "Capable Humans" who are ready to drive Myanmar’s economy forward. • Practical Linkages: My role has been to bridge the gap between local talent and global expertise. By facilitating technical support and professional training, we empower women to move beyond traditional roles. • Total Inclusion: Our focus spans from teenagers to MSME leaders, ensuring that every individual—regardless of their background—is treated with the respect and opportunity they deserve. • A Commitment to Excellence: We aim to see Myanmar women not as a "vulnerable group" in need of help, but as a "powerhouse of talent" that is essential for national growth. A Call to the Women of Myanmar To my fellow Myanmar women: I want to see you as fully empowered, capable individuals. Believe in your potential, embrace your identity with pride, and never let external labels define the boundaries of your success. As a Social Enterprise, EBA remains committed to creating a platform where capability is the only currency that matters. We will continue to foster an environment where everyone—regardless of gender—can grow, innovate, and lead. Today, let us celebrate the human spirit. Let us celebrate the courage to learn, the strength to lead, and the wisdom to collaborate. Happy International Women’s Day.
