As we celebrate International Women’s Day, I find myself reflecting on my journey—not just as a woman, but as a lifelong learner, a professional, and a citizen dedicated to the development of our nation. My perspective today is shaped by years of experience, continuous study, and the countless lives I have had the privilege to touch through EduBusiness Academy (EBA).
Kidtrepreneur
The Kidtrepreneur Program is a specialized, project-based learning initiative offered periodically to teenagers, focusing on cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset from an early age. The program's core objective is to move beyond the limitations of conventional school curricula by introducing non-traditional teaching methods. Through a systematic and structured curriculum, participants develop critical thinking, positive habits, and creative problem-solving skills—qualities that are vital for future innovators, value creators, and successful leaders, regardless of their career path. The program is designed to foster positive habits and thinking patterns that empower young minds to tackle real-world challenges.
Youths for the Future Shape
The Youth for the Future Shape Program is a comprehensive initiative dedicated to empowering young individuals with the essential mindsets, soft skills, and entrepreneurial drive needed to thrive in the modern economy. Recognizing the current emphasis on technical expertise (hard skills), the program intentionally balances this by focusing on crucial human and conceptual abilities. The core mission is to cultivate a growth-oriented generation capable of setting effective goals, embracing a positive outlook, driving innovation, and transforming traditional thinking into future-ready business fundamentals.
